At Levi's India Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original product with all tags intact inside the shipping box and ensure the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
